    Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Owners are friendly. Lovely view of the bay. The location is next door to the fishplant, so there is a bit of traffic and occasional aromas from that, but it's not too bad. The Joe Batt's point trailhead is steps away. We were in the main house which is a rennovated traditional house, so the ceilings and doors are low (ceiling headroom about 6'4", door frames are less than 6').

    Have not rented the house, but the views behind the house are amazing
